Common Requests
- Account access: email support with the sign-in method you use, such as Apple, Google, email, or phone.
- Data deletion: send a deletion request from the email address connected to your account.
- Location or rangefinder issues: confirm that location permission is enabled for ShotState in your device settings.
- Video analysis issues: confirm that camera or photo access is enabled and that the uploaded file is playable on your device.
Account and Data Deletion
Users may delete their ShotState account and associated app data from within the app by going to the Profile page and using the account deletion option.
Users may also request deletion by contacting Info@shotstategolf.com.
